To make a reservation:
If you would like to know more about either of our houses we can send you a full description of the house, its contents and exterior facilities. Please use the Homelidays proforma for your initial enquiry, this will provide us with your email address for further contact. It is most helpful for us if you include age and sex of any children and any special requirements such as stair gates, cots, highchairs etc.

If you would like to make a reservation send us confirmation and dates required. We can then send you a rental agreement and general conditions of letting; plus IBAN details if you are paying the deposit by international bank transfer.  You complete required details and sign the rental agreement, then either email it or send it to us by post with the deposit to secure the booking; for French residents a cheque issued by a French bank, for residents of other countries proof that payment has been made by international bank transfer. 

I then send you a receipt for the deposit by e-mail or post.

The balance of account and a security deposit of 20% of the rental (refundable sum used to cover any damage or breakages caused by renters) must be paid at the commencement of your stay; this is refundable on your departure if there is no damage to the property and it is left in a clean state.
