To make a reservation:
If you wish to rent one of our houses I can send you a
rental agreement by e-mail, with a full description of the house
and general conditions of letting. You complete required
details and sign the agreement, then send it to me by post with a
deposit (for UK residents a cheque in sterling at the exchange rate
on the date of the issue of the contract, for France
residents a cheque
issued by a French bank, for residents of other countries an international bank
transfer). A deposit of 25
% of the rent for the period is requested. Your
reservation is secured when I receive the completed rental
agreement and the deposit.
I then send you a signed copy of the rental agreement and a receipt for the deposit by post.
The balance of account
and a security deposit of 20% of the rental (refundable sum used to cover any damage or
breakages caused by renters) must be paid at
the commencement of your stay.
